I support community-based and cross-sector organizations and individual leaders to identify strategic opportunities, and plan and implement them, to meet real-world equity goals.
I support Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to advance community-led solutions and collaborate with other sectors. We collaborate to strengthen their capacity to communicate their unique strengths through coaching, proposal writing, partnership development and convening. As a CBO ally, I provide technical assistance, decode government expectations, build new partnerships and sources of support, and navigate and shift barriers so CBOs can thrive.

I support Government departments to operationalize equity throughout community-serving programs; long-term planning; and project implementation for climate mitigation, resilience and preparedness. I support government to learn and apply equitable collaboration practices with CBO partners and to develop and implement programs and partnerships to support community-led solutions.

My Background
I have decades of experience co-leading social and environmental change and equity and inclusion initiatives through multiracial coalitions, cross-sector collaboratives, in nonprofits and government, & with businesses.
Over the last decade I have played pivotal roles at the intersection of equity and climate resilience, working for and in collaboration with Community-Based Organizations. My approaches to operationalize equity in community-serving government programs have been replicated throughout California.
